Randy Sokol is an accomplished entrepreneur, business leader, real estate broker, and community advocate whose career has been dedicated to building successful businesses while strengthening the communities they serve. As co-owner of Tee Jaye's Country Place Restaurants, owner of Sokol & Associates, and Real Estate Broker of Sokol Realty LLC, Randy has spent more than four decades combining expertise in hospitality, business brokerage, commercial real estate, government relations, and organizational leadership.

Widely recognized throughout Ohio's restaurant and business communities, Randy has earned a reputation for bringing people together, solving complex business challenges, and advocating for legislation that supports entrepreneurs and small businesses. His leadership has helped shape restaurant policy at the local, state, and national levels while mentoring countless business owners and industry professionals.

Randy has served in numerous leadership positions, including Chairman of the Ohio Restaurant Association, Chairman of the Ohio Hospitality Coalition, Chairman of the Central Ohio Restaurant Association, and President of the Children's Hospital Development Board. His work has influenced food service regulations, political advocacy initiatives, hospitality legislation, and grassroots business engagement throughout Ohio.

Nationally, Randy represented small business leaders at the White House during President George W. Bush's administration and actively participated in the National Restaurant Association Public Affairs Conferences for nearly a decade. He has worked with members of Congress, state legislators, and local government officials to advance policies supporting restaurants, independent businesses, and economic development. His commitment to advocacy earned him the National Restaurant Association's prestigious National Grassroots Award.

Throughout his career, Randy has served on numerous advisory boards and committees, including appointments by Ohio Governors George Voinovich and Bob Taft to the Governor's Food Service Advisory Committee, where he helped develop Ohio's food code standards. He has also served on advisory boards for The Ohio State University, the City of Columbus Food Truck Advisory Board, the Local Food Action Plan Committee, Retail Food Safety initiatives, and numerous political action committees. As of 2025, joined the Board of Directors of Swaco.

Beyond business, Randy has devoted countless hours to community service and nonprofit leadership. His volunteer work has included leadership roles with the Columbus Jewish Foundation, Ohio State Hillel, Agudas Achim Synagogue, Jewish Business Forum, JDRF, Children's Hospital, Special Olympics, and numerous charitable organizations focused on education, healthcare, youth development, and community engagement. He currently serves on the Bexley Citizen Police Academy Board and has continued to invest in civic leadership throughout Central Ohio.

In commercial real estate, Randy has built a respected brokerage specializing in restaurant sales, business brokerage, hospitality properties, and investment real estate. His unique combination of operational restaurant experience and brokerage expertise has made him one of Ohio's leading specialists in restaurant transactions, helping buyers and sellers successfully navigate complex acquisitions and dispositions.

Randy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Restaurant Management from The Ohio State University. He has also completed professional studies at Dale Carnegie Institute, Capital University, Franklin University, and Hondros College, where he earned his Ohio Real Estate Broker License. His education, combined with decades of executive leadership, has provided a unique perspective on business growth, negotiation, public speaking, and organizational development.
